- Main disconnect and service amperage
- Electrical panels, breakers and fuses
- Grounding and bonding
- GFCIs and AFCIs
- Fireplace damper door and hearth
- Insulation and ventilation
- Garage doors, safety sensors, and openers
All NACHI inspectors have to pass NACHI's Inspector Exam every year, complete an Ethics Obstacle Course, take a Standards of Practice Quiz, fulfill Continuing Education requirements, have access to advisory boards, and use a time-tested Agreement which includes a real estate agent hold-harmless clause, keeping them and you out of court. Don't hurt your own clients and your own referral business with an uncertified inspector. Do yourself and your client a favor. Use only NACHI certified home inspectors.
I believe in protecting the interests of my clients. As such, Presidential Inspections is fully licensed and insured (Claims Made Errors and Omissions Insurance)as well as general liability. I am also a licensed Structural Pest Inspector with the Washington State Department of Agriculture and a member of the Washington State Pest Control Association.
