InterNACHI Home Inspection Warranty®
Our inspections include the InterNACHI Inspection Warranty®. This home warranty is purchased by our firm on your behalf. This covers the home 120 days from the date of the inspection or 90 days from the date of close (whichever comes first). This warranty has no deductible and covers all inspected components in the home (including roof leaks and mold). We are confident in our inspections and are willing to put our money where our mouth is.

Mold Remediation | The Program will provide reimbursement for approved mold remediation costs up to $2,250.00. incurred exclusively for the purpose of mold removal. The Program reserves the right to verify the presence of mold by sample analysis by a certified lab. |
Elevated spore levels in air samples do not qualify a house for mold remediation under this Program. The Program reserves the right to arrange for mold remediation services. |
Roof Moisture Intrusion | The Program will reimburse Clients for repair expenses to the roof due to water penetration up to $1,000.00. |
*The majority of homes we inspect are included in the warranty but there are several homes that are specifically excluded.
- New Construction homes (previously never lived in) are excluded because these come with a one year warranty from the builder.
- Duplexes, townhomes, and condos are included by anything larger than 2 units are excluded. Also, common areas associated with these types of home are excluded.
- Any previously owned home which has been vacant for more than 30 days is excluded.

No, there is no deductible for the warranty.
The warranty term is 90 days from the closing date or 120 days from the inspection date, whichever comes first.
Yes. There is no age limit on the covered appliances. Appliances that are inspected and reported without defects are covered regardless of their age. See our What’s Covered Chart above.
The warranty covers only one- and two-family homes.
Yes. We do ask that they get more than one estimate, and, in some cases, we’ll also arrange to get a repair estimate.
Our seamless claim submission system is open 24/7. We have a dedicated, experienced staff to resolve your client’s claim quickly. They can submit their claim from our Report a Claim page. We’ll handle it from there.

The warranty does not cover homes that have been vacant for more than 30 days. Read the Terms and Conditions.
Yes. But not the “common areas” of a condominium or townhouse.
Much better. Unlike those other warranties, the InterNACHI Inspection Warranty® has no age limitations on appliances, it includes mold coverage, it includes roof leak coverage, it is in effect for 120 days from the date of the inspection (not 30 or 90), it is in effect for 90 days from the date of the closing (not 22 or 30), it pays out up to $2,250 for most claims, and it never, ever, ever sells or exploits your clients’ data. And of course, the customer service is stellar.
The warranty covers mechanical, structural, and mold repairs up to $2,250, and roof leak repairs up to $1,000 with no deductible per home, subject to Terms and Conditions.

Our inspections include the InterNACHI Buy-Back Guarantee®. This guarantee is purchased by our firm on your behalf. This is offered to home buyers of a primary residence and home sellers who hire Presidential Inspections to perform their home inspection. Under the Program, if InterNACHI® determines that the inspector missed a covered item which is something he/she should have identified and reported, InterNACHI® will buy your home back!
